From Hope to Action: An Evening of Art + Storytelling with Youth
A storytelling and networking gathering centered on collective climate action.
Together, we’ll:
✨ Story Circles – Gather in small groups to share stories of climate, community, and courage.
✨ Echo Notes – Write your personal “Story of Light or Fight” on a card, then place it among the glowing paper lamps to become part of the art installation.
✨ Story Swaps – Exchange your card with someone new to spark unexpected connections and conversations.
✨ Light Together – Conclude by gathering around Echoes of Fight & Light — sculptural lamps crafted from unfired paper clay made with recycled paper, including shredded legal documents from environmental justice cases fought by Earthjustice. In this transformation, the remnants of advocacy — once words on paper fighting for environmental protection — become luminous vessels of collective hope.
Through storytelling, art, and playful participation, this gathering invites us to move from hope to action.
